3 lb. mussels, (about 4 dozen)1 jar (28 oz.) Prego® Chunky Garden
Tomato, Onion & Garlic Itailian Sauce, (3 cups)4 cups hot cooked
linguine
DISCARD any open or cracked mussels. Rinse mussels in cold water. Trim
beards with kitchen shears and discard.
HEAT pasta sauce to a boil in saucepot. Add mussels. Cover and cook over
low heat 10 min. or until mussels open. (Discard any mussels that remain
closed.) Serve over linguine.
