Raspberry Party Shots
"A raspberry vodka gelatin shot that is wonderful for parties!"
Original recipe yield:
10 party shots
PREP TIME 20 MinCOOK TIME 5 MinREADY IN 1 Hr 25 Min
INGREDIENTS
1 (6 ounce) package raspberry flavored gelatin mix
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup ice water
1 1/4 cups raspberry vodka
DIRECTIONS
Stir the gelatin into the boiling water until dissolved. Pour in the ice
water and vodka; mix well. Pour into shot glasses or devices
specifically made for *Party Shots.* Chill in the refrigerator for 1 to
2 hours, until set.
