CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 (2 lb.) head of green cabbage, shredded
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup( Campbell's
or a thick brand)
Additional 1/2 cup shredded cheese and 1/2 cup crushed
chips for topping.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook cabbage in about 2 cups of water over medium heat
until tender; drain. Add cheese, potato chips and soup.
Place in a rectangular 9x13 inch casserole or Pyrex dish
sprayed with Pam or non-stick cooking spray. Top with
1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup crushed potato chips.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
