CROCK POT SCALLOPED POTATOES WITH SAUSAGE
4-5 potatoes
1 small box velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pound browned spicy ground sausage
1 cup white onion chopped
1/4 cup milk
Peel potatoes then slice into 1/4" slices.  Mix together the cheese,
soup, sausage and onion.  Make 3 layers in the crock pot.  Start with
potatoes, then add soup mixture.  Repeat layers.  Add 1/4 cup milk to
top.  Cook on low for 7 hours.
