Easy Round Steak
Place round steak in large ungreased roasting pan. Cover with:
1 can onion soup
½ c. water
Cover pan and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 3 hours. Check
occasionally to
see if more water is needed. No need to brown meat as it will be well
browned and tender after baking.
