I definitely want to try this; does it actually taste like one of those cobblers where you put the strips of dough across the top, like my mother-in-law used to make? I thought it had to have fruit pieces, but this sounds wonderful and so easy using the pie filling; come to think of it, the filling also has pieces of fruit in it, what the heck was I thinking about?!
