Hi Sherri and Marilyn I hate migraines, and when I get them I actually see lighting bolts and get sick to my stomach, and a dark room is really nice. I take migraine pain killers, fiorinal, 1 pill and I am in lala land for a day and a half. I don't get them too often, but when I do....I am gone for the whole day in a dark room. Nicole
