Apple Nut Cake
Whip until smooth:
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Add and beat:
1-3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn oil
Add and mix:
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3 medium apples (peared and cut)
1/2 c. nuts
Pour into greased 9- by 13-inch pan and bake at dg350 1 hour. Cool on
wire rack.
