Broiled Peanut Frosting
Preparation Method
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup light cream
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut -- optional
1/2 cup chopped peanuts -- optional
Blend the peanut butter, cream, and brown sugar. Cook and stir to a boil.
Spread over warm cake. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy.
