1/2 LB GRATED SWISS CHEESE
3 EGGS SLIGHTLY BEATEN........
1 CAN MUSHROOMS OR SPINACH
DRAINED WELL
1 1/2 CUP HALF AND HALF........
1/2 TSP. SALT.....DASH PEPPER
Mix all ingredients and pour into pie
shells. Bake at 350 until done,
approximately 30 minutes.
