Green bean & corn casserole
 
1 can French style green beans
1 can white shoe-peg corn
Drain the above and place in a baking dish.
Mix ½ cup sour cream, ½ cup chopped onion,
1 can cream of celery soup, and 1 cup of grated cheese.  Spread on top of green beans and corn mixture.  Melt one stick of margarine and add one sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers (Townhouse
is fine) .   Mix the margarine and crushed crackers together and
spread over the mixture. Spread on top of sour cream, etc.,
mixture.
Bake for 45 min. at 350 degrees.
