Karyl's Hazelnut Chocolate Mix
4 pint jars or containers
5 1/4 cups of non-fat dry milk (any brand will work)
4 cups confectioners' (powdered) sugar
1 8 oz. container Hazelnut flavored non-dairy powdered creamer (any brand)
1 3/4 cups Ghirardelli powdered chocolate
2 3/4 cups non-dairy powdered creamer (any brand)
1/4 tsp. salt
Mix all these ingredients together in a large bowl with whisk until well 
blended.
Divide into the four jars.  To make your cup of chocolate, take 1 cup of hot 
water
or milk and add 3 heaping tablespoons of the chocolate mix (or a bit more to 
taste).

  COCOA MILK SHAKE
    
   Serving Size  : 1
       
     Preparation Method:
   
      3      tablespoons   cocoa
        1/2  teaspoon      sugar or honey
      1      pinch         salt
        1/4  teaspoon      vanilla
      1                    egg, well beaten
      1      cup           milk
   
   Mix cocoa and sugar with a little milk to make smooth paste.  Add
   remaining ingredients.  Beat well.  Add spoonful of whipped cream, ice
   cubes and serve.

  Enjoy.
