BILLY CHILI
1 lb good hot sausage
1 lb Lean ground beef
4 15 oz. cans kidney beans
4 15 oz cans crushed tomatoes
1 6 oz can tomatoe paste
3 cloves garlic
1 medium onion
3 Tbps chili powder
2 tbs ground red pepper
  Brewn hot sausage and dump into slow cooker, brown ground beef and
drain, then dump
it into slow cooker, add the rest of the ingredients, Cook on high for
about 6 hours.

Chili Taco
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium onion -- chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 can pinto beans - (16 oz) - rinsed, drained
1 can chili beans in sauce
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
Shredded cheese
Slightly crushed tortilla chips
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion, one-half at a time, till
meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Transfer to a 3 1/2-
to 5-quart crockery cooker. Stir in dry taco seasoning mix, diced
tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, chili beans in
chili sauce, and corn.
Cover; cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle each serving with some cheese and chips. This recipe yields 8
servings.

Taco Soup
1 lb. ground chuck
1 large onion, chopped
3 (16oz) cans undrained chili beans
1 (16oz) can undrained whole kernel corn
1 (16oz) can undrained chopped tomatoes
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 (4oz) can green chilies
1 (1 1/4oz) pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (1oz) pkg ranch style salad dressing mix

Brown and drain meat.
Add other ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Serve with desired toppings.
This soup may be frozen.
Suggested toppings:
tortilla chips
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomatoes
sour cream
chopped avacado

Texas Cowboy Chili
Serves: 4
Cooking time: 30 mins.
1 lb. beef sirlointop round strips, for stir-fry1 tbsp. olive oil1
medium onion, chopped1 small green Pepper, chopped1 tsp. ground cumin1
tbsp all-purpose flour1 cup Pace(r) Chunky Salsa1 3/4 cups Swanson(r)
Beef BrothAssorted Toppings, such as salsa, sour cream, and grated
cheese
CUT beef strips crosswise into small cubes.
HEAT oil in nonstick saucepot. Add beef and cook until browned and
juices evaporate, stirring often.
ADD onion, green pepper and cumin and cook until pepper is tender-crisp.
Stir in flour and cook 1 min.
ADD salsa and broth. Heat to a boil. Cook over low heat 20 min. or until
done. Serve with Assorted Toppers.
