Caution:  I have had comments on 
both sides about chocolateness, 
sweetness & thickness....all boiling 
down to personal tastes & likes.
_I_ would start by adding a little 
LESS sugar to begin with...and then
let your tastes dictate from there.  
You might also find the addition of 
_more_ flour a necessary thing to 
thicken up your *yummy*.  Chocolate
content -- you*re on your own !
Chocolate Gravy I
That*s right...Chocolate gravy !   It 
ACTUALLY exists and is NOT a 
figment of a wild imagination.  
Several people have written to 
comment on this (or simular) being 
handed down through _their_ families 
for generations.  Great on biscuits for 
breakfast !
Makes: 4 servings 
PREP TIME: 5 Min
COOK TIME: 5 Min
READY IN: 10 Min

1 cup white sugar
1 Tbsp self-rising flour
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1-1/4 cups water
1 Tbsp butter

Low Down:  Use a sugar substitute, 
such as SPLENDA and something like
Smart Balance in place of plain ole* butter.
=
In a med saucepan, combine sugar, 
flour & cocoa powder. Add water &
stir. Bring to a boil over med heat, 
stirring occasionally until thick.
Remove from heat & add butter. Serve 
warm.
Variation / Prep Note:  Consider 
expermenting around with milk & 
vanilla extract in place of water.
