Squash Scallop  
Beat together:
1-1/2 cups cooked squash
1-3/4 cups applesauce (1 pound can)
2 eggs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash nutmeg
Topping
1-1/2 cups buttered bread cubes (3 slices)
1/2 cup chopped almonds

Mix everything together except topping ingredients  Put into baking 
dish.  Place mixed topping ingredients over top.  Bake at 375 degrees 
45 minutes.
