Soup Elegant1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed. cream of mushroom soup 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed. cream of asparagus soup1 1/2 cups skim milk 3/4 cup fat free sour cream 1/4 cup dry sherry 1 can (8 oz.) lump crab meat, drainedThis soup is easy to make, but your guests will think you have worked all day to present such an elegant dish! Try substituting lobster meat or shrimp for a change if desired.
Mix soups and milk in 2 quart microwave casserole. Microwave on High power (100%) for 10 minutes, stirring once. Stir in remaining ingredients.
