Easy Gravy2 tablespoons melted margarine
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup chicken broth1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 pinch black pepperIf this recipe is doubled or tripled, whisk 
several times while cooking. Recipe doubled will cook about 6 
minutes, tripled about 7-8 minutes If a thicker gravy is desired, 
add another tablespoon of flour. Use meat or poultry drippings 
instead of margarine if desired. Also, for less fat content, use 
Butter Buds or all chicken broth.

Melt margarine for 20-30 seconds on High power (100%) in 2 cup 
microwave measure. Thoroughly blend in flour. Add broth and 
seasonings, whisking thoroughly. Cook on High power (100%) for 
2-3 minutes, stirring once. Makes 1 cup.
