Microwave Chicken and Apple Casserole

1-1/2 c. sliced celery
3 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 (22 oz.) can apple pie filling
3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
3/4 c. water
1 green pepper, cut in strips
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 can chow mein noodles

In 1 quart bowl, combine celery and butter. Cook, covered at high 
for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Cut apples from filling into small 
pieces. Stir all pie filling into celery along with turkey, 
water, green pepper, soy sauce, vinegar and bouillon granules. 
Cook, covered, at medium high for 8 minutes, stirring once. Serve 
over chow mein noodles. Makes 6 servings.
