Upside-Down Orange Biscuits
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Lang*s fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons grated orange rind
1 can Hungry Jack Flaky Layers Biscuits
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, juice, sugar and rind in small
saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Divide syrup between
10 muffin cups. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon. Separate each biscuit
into 3 pieces. Dip each piece in sugar-cinnamon mixture and reassemble
into biscuit. Place on top on syrup in muffin cup. Bake for 20 minutes.
For what is it to die, but to stand in the sun and melt into the wind?
