Miracle Cake
Cream together:
...................... 1 cup sugar
...................... 1 cup Miracle Whip
Add:
...................... 4 Tablespoons powdered cocoa
...................... 2 teaspoons baking soda
...................... 1 cup hot water
Mix well.
Gradually Add:
...................... 2 cups sifted flour
Finally Add:
...................... 1 teaspoon vanilla
Stir well.
...................... Bake in 350 degree oven 25 minutes
or until top springs back when touched
lightly. Will make 1 rectangular cake or
2 - 8" square pans for a layer cake.
Best with cooked icing.
