Fresh Apple Cake
You will Need:
1 cup salad oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups chopped apples
1 cup pecans
Step One - Mix all ingredients except apples and pecans. Add apples and
pecans.
Step Two - Flour and grease a tube pan. Pour in cake mixture.
Step Three - Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Place hot pan in a paper
bag to steam for 35 minutes. Enjoy!
