8 oz cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 container Cool Whip -- (12 oz)
2 8 inch cookie crust (chocolate -- gra (8 to 9)
1 can pie filling -- (1 to 2)

In large bowl, beat cream cheese & sugar with electric mixer. 
Stir in
coolwhip with a spatula or mixing spoon. Divide between two 
prepared &
cooled pie shells. Top with favorite pie filling. Chill well. 
Enjoy the
compliments.

Notes: To reduce fat and calories: use Neuchaftel cheese and Cool
Whip Light.
