Sloppy José 

1 to 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 (8-oz.) bottle taco sauce

1 (4-oz.) can diced green chilies

8 hamburger buns

Mexican blend shredded cheese

Shredded lettuce

1. Cook beef and onion in large skillet until beef is browned; drain 
off fat.

2. Stir in taco sauce and chilies, bring to a boil. Reduce heat to 
low and cook, stirring occasionally for 2 to 3 minutes.

3. Serve on heated bun. Top with cheese and lettuce.

Makes 8 sandwiches.
