Butterscotch Coating
3 pieces of White Bark
1/2 cup Toll House Butterscotch Morsels Add the vanilla and stir
well.Add the vanilla and stir well.
1/3 cup Shedd*s Light (or w/Calcium) Country Crock Margarine
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 Gals. or 8 Qts. of popped Pop Corn (in a large blue WalMart plastic
bag)
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Put white bark and butterscotch morsels into a 1 1/2 or 2 quart pyrex
measuring cup and melt in microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then melt
again for 55 seconds, stir till smooth and creamy.  If needed, melt 25
seconds more.  Add margarine and stir with ice tea spoon till
smooth.  Add vanilla and stir well.  Dump all of the sugars into the
mix.  Stir till it is mixed well.  Microwave for 20 seconds and stir
till smooth.  Pour over popcorn in the large plastic bag.

Push up on the bag and from all sides with your fist to mix the topping
smoothly over all of the popcorn.  Hold the top of the bag closed so
you do not lose popcorn.  This will take about 3-5 minutes to coat all
of the popcorn.  You want to mix well.  If you feel a lump in the
corn, break it up with your fingers by holding it in the plastic with
your fingers on the outside of the bag and work the lump side to side
till it is gone.  Continue to manipulate the popcorn for a total of
about 3-5 minutes.  Dump into a big piece of aluminum foil, taped onto
a big piece of cardboard.  Foil should be about 36 in. x 50 in. and
crimped up on all 4 sides about 1 to 1 1/2 in.    Take a fork or a
spoon and move the popcorn till it is at an even depth all over.  If
you see any more lumps as you spread out the corn, break them up with
your fingers.  Let the candied corn dry under a fan or in a warm r
oom.  After it seems to be dry, mix it up to make sure all of the corn
on the bottom is dry.  Let it dry for about another 30 minutes.

Put the dried, coated popcorn into large containers that you can seal
well, or in good plastic double ziplock bags.  Enjoy!
