Bacon Breakfast Casserole

8 slices white bread, crusts trimmed
8 slices Oscar Mayer Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 green onions, sliced
1 1/2 cups Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk

Place four bread slices on bottom of greased 8 inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese over bread. Cover with
remaining bread slices. Mix eggs and milk; pour over bread. Cover;
refrigerate 1 hour or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 1 hour. Let
stand 10 minutes before cutting. Makes 4 servings.
