I get this stuff often when I'm out with my friend Paula. People ask her if it is allright to pet my dog or other questions pertaining to Ross. There are some things that she knows, but lots she doesn't. She will usually inform the misinformed person that it's my dog and I am able to answer for myself. It is a given since I can remember that the sighted person who is with me will get asked at a restaurant or other food establishment "What does she want?" How would they know? Another thing that inevitabley happens is at a restaurant when menus are handed out although our two dogs are visible Mike and I are given menus. When asked about Braille ones we are given looks like we're from outeer space or something. Oh boy!! Isn't being blind fun? Alberta
