Calico Rice

Ingredients:
1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
salt & pepper to your taste
3 cups hot cooked rice

In a skillet over medium heat, saute peppers, onions,and sausage
in butter for 8-10 minutes or until tender.

Add salt & pepper,,toss all ingredients with rice.
