Poor Boys-Italian Beef

3-4 lbs roast (arm, chuck, etc.) 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon
pepper 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon dry mustard 0
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (a little less than 1 Tbsp.)
Place roast in crock-pot with water to cover, about 1-inch.
Mix ingredients and place over roast. Cook 12 to 14 hours.
Separate with fork and serve on buns or bread
