APPLE DELIGHT 2/3 cup flour 3 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 teaspoons vanilla 3 cups diced apples Beat eggs then add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix. Pour in apples and stir until evenly distributed. Pour into a deep baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350. Serve warm.
