Old Bay, Coriander, Fines Herbes Rub For Chicken

2 frozen skinless boneless chicken breast -- 3 oz each
halves
RUB:
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seafood seasoning
1 teaspoon ground coriander seed
1 teaspoon Spice Islands Fines Herbes -- or less to taste

Trim fat from chicken. Do not thaw.

Combine the herbs and rub on both sides of each chicken breast.

Grill in a preheated electric grill for 7 minutes; unplug the 
machine. Do not lift the cover. Allow the chicken to rest in the 
machine for 2 minutes. Remove from the machine and allow chicken 
to rest for 1 to 2 minutes.
