Coal Minor's Stew 2-4 large potatoes cut into bite size pieces 1 pound kilbasa cut into bit size pieces 2 cans drained green beans minced onion (I used the dry spice kind but you could use real) I also add minced garlic here - not called for in original recipe 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I use 2 cups)
Place in crockpot in order given. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
