Hi sandy, yeah, the chain on my heart is fairly delicate and yeah, sleeping on it isn't a good idea, but it's on as soon as i'm dressed the following day. No matter what happens, i'll always treasure the necklace. It's the most special thing someone's brought me, ever out of all the boyfriends i've had, and they've not been many. Kay
