EXTREME CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
Ingrediants: CRUST INGREDIENTS: 1 Fudge cake single layer [1/2 recipe] 2 c. Chocolate cookie crumbs 2 T. Sugar 6 T. Butter CAKE INGREDIENTS: 16 oz. Cream cheese ½ c. Sugar 3-4 Eggs 8 oz. Semisweet chocolate 1 t. Vanilla or chocolate extract ¼ c. Sweetened condensed milk 1 T. Flour 1 T. Cornstarch TOPPING INGREDIENTS: 1 c. Heavy cream 1 T. Butter 12 oz. Semisweet chocolate Directions: Mix crust ingredients and press into 9" springform pan; bake @ 350° for 10-15 min. remove/cool. Cream cheese, sugar; add eggs and remaining ingredients and mix till combined; bake for 35-45 min. cool. Heat cream; add butter, chocolate and beat till blended; cool to spreading consistency. pour over chilled cake. You can give without loving, but you cannot love without giving.
