CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CHUNKERS
1 (18.25 oz.) package chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup chunky style peanut butter, not old-fashioned or natural styule 1/2 cup 1 stick butter, room temperature 3 large eggs 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or chunks Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Position oven rack in middle of oven. Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray. In large mixing bowl place half of the cake mix along with the peanut butter, softened butter and eggs. Blend with electric mixer and set on medium high speed 1 to 2 minutes until blended and smooth. Stir in remaining cake mix and chocolate chips with a wooden spoon until all dry ingredients are moistened. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 13 minutes or until set at edges and just barely set at center when lightly touched. Cool 1 minute on sheets. Transfer to wire racks with metal spatula and cool completely.
