Cheesy Tamale Chicken recipe

2 cups diced, cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chiles
2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 (12 ounce) can Mexicorn, drained
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs, separated

Grease 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan. Layer chicken, onion, chiles, 
cheese and corn in pan.

Beat together Bisquick, milk, salt and egg yolks.

Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into Bisquick mixture. Pour 
over layered ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35 
minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
