CAJUN GREEN  BEANS
> 4 strips bacon
>2 tbsp. diced celery
>2 c. canned tomatoes
>1/2 med. onion, chopped
>2 c. cooked green beans
>Salt & pepper to taste
Cut bacon in small pieces and fry until crisp. Remove from pan;
 drain part of fat from pan; add chopped onion and celery to
 remaining fat and cook until golden brown; drain fat.
 Mix celery and onions with beans, bacon and tomatoes in baking
 dish.  Season with salt and pepper.  Bake at 325 degrees until
 the mixture thickens.

Enjoy.
