  CHAMPIONSHIP CHICKEN FINGERS

   4 Servings
   Prep Time: 10 minutes
   Cook Time: 30 minutes

   1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
   4 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Plus Calcium Spread, melted
   2/3 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs


   Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Lightly grease baking sheet.


Dip chicken in melted Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Plus Calcium Spread then 
bread crumbs. On baking sheet, arrange chicken.

  Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
