PIT STOP HAM & CHEESE QUESADILLAS

   4 Servings
   Prep Time: 5 minutes
   Cook Time: 16 minutes

   4 ounces thinly sliced deli ham
   1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (about 4 ounces)
   8 corn tortillas
   3 Tbsp. Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) Spread



Evenly layer ham and cheese on 4 tortillas; top each with remaining tortillas.

In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt 1 teaspoon Shedd's Spread Country Crock (R) 
Spread over medium heat. Cook one quesadilla 2 minutes or until golden brown. 
Add 1 teaspoon Spread, then turn quesadilla and cook 2 minutes or until golden 
brown and cheese is melted. Remove to serving platter and repeat with remaining 
Spread and quesadillas. Serve immediately.
