macaronie salaid
1 8 ounce package macaronie
1 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup sweet pickle relishe
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 cup mayonais
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
dash of black pepper
cook macaronie as directed on lable, drain ransh with cold water, place in 
large bowl.
add cucumber, green pepper, pickle relishe & grated onion mix well.
in a small bowl combine mayonaise, sour cream, milk, salt & black pepper, 
blend well.
pour over macaronie mixture. toss until macaronie is well coated.
gently mix in chopped egg. refregirate covered, until well chilled, or over 
night.
makes 8 to 10 servings.
