Blackberry Jam Cake
3/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. sour cream
1 cup blackberry jam 
Cream butter. Add sugar and eggs; beat well. Combine flour, cinnamon,
allspice and cloves. Alternating sour cream and combined dry
ingredients, add to creamed mixture. Add jam; pour into a loaf pan. Bake
in a 350 degree oven for 40 mins. Remove cake from oven; cool on wire
rack. Makes 12 servings.
