Chocolate Upside-Down Cake

 

Ingrediants:

3/4 cup sugar

3 tbsp. cocoa

1/2 cup nuts

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

2 tsp. butter, melted

1 cup flour

2 tsp. baking powder

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Pour into

9 inch square pan.

 

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp. cocoa

dash of salt

1 1/2 c. hot water

 

Mix sugar, cocoa, and salt; sprinkle over batter. Pour

hot water over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 20

minutes. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 4 servings.
