Fried Peach Pie
Ingredients: 1 package of dried peaches 1 cup of sugar 1 dash of cinnamon 1/4 stick of butter 1 can of biscuits (butter flavored) 2 cups of water 1 cup of cooking oil (depending on size of pan...maybe a 1/2 a cup) 1/2 cup of flour powdered sugar to sprinkle on top Directions: Combine water, butter, sugar, and peaces to stew for 1 and ½ hours. Affter peaches fall a part, you need to refrigerate them (until cool). Meanwhile, prepare dough by rolling out individual biscuits (don't forget to sprinkle flour on rolling pin so biscuits don't stick). Use a teaspoon of the peach filling in center of biscuit and fold it over and seal it with a fork. Heat cooking oil in skillet. Put pie in hot skillet and brown until golden on both sides. Drain excess oil on paper towel on plate. Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar. "The happiest people don't have the best of everything.
