Subject: [RecipesAndMore] Subway's Chipolte Southwest Sauce

I have been searching everywhere to find this Subway sauce to purchase at a
Subway Store. They told me it used to be available for sale, but it was no
longer. In my determination I found this recipe, and tried it. It is exactly
like the one served on their sandwiches, if not a little bit better. I thought
I would share it with you. Julie

  Subway's Chipotle Southwest Sauce

  1 cup mayonnaise
  1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce chipotle chiles in adobo, pureed
  1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
  salt, to taste

Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic.
  Add salt to taste.
Cover and chill before sandwich preparation, or before using as a salad
dressing.
