Crockpot Mexican Style Short Ribs

4 lbs. beef short ribs
1 10 oz. can beef consommé
1 1-1/4 oz. pkg taco mix
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped

In large skillet brown ribs; pour off excess fat. Mix beef consume
with dry taco mix; add green pepper.

In crockpot, pour sauce over ribs. Cover, cook on low 6-8 hours.
