Easy pound Cake
1-1/2 c. butter
1 16-oz. box Confectioners' sugar
6 eggs
2 tsp lemon extract
4 c. self-rising flour
Cream butter, beat until smooth. Gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one
at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in lemon extract.
Add flour to the creamed mixture; beating well until smooth. Pour into
well greased 9-1/2-inch Bundt pan. Bake in dg275 oven 90 minutes, or
until tests clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
Makes 16 servings.
