Lemon Chess Pie

 1-1/2 cups sugar
 1 tablespoon flour
 1 tablespoon cornmeal
 Pinch of salt
 4 eggs, beaten slightly
 1/4 cup milk
 1/2 cup lemon juice
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
 1/4 cup melted butter
 1 (9-inch) unbaked deep-dish pie crust

 Mix dry ingredients.  Add remaining ingredients.  Mix well.
 Pour into pie crust and bake in 375 F. oven 45 minutes or until
 set.

 I love changing around a recipe to try new things.  With this
 recipe I change the lemon flavors and use lime sometimes. I've
 never tried it, but I bet orange would be good also.
