Italian Herbed Potatoes--Microwave

2 green onions, sliced 
1 tablespoon margarine 
1 teaspoon dried parsley 
1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning 
1/8 teaspoon salt 
3 cups loose-packed frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 

In a 1-quart micro-wave safe casserole stir together green onions,
margarine, parsley flakes, Italian seasoning and salt. Cook, covered
on high, or 100% power for 1 2/2 minutes or until onions are tender.
Stir in frozen potatoes. Cook, covered, on high for 5 to 7 minutes
or until heated through, stirring once. Add Parmesan cheese; toss
to coat.
