Skillet Sweet & Tangy Chicken
Ingrediants: 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 4 boneless chicken breast halves 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Tomato Soup 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 4 cups hot cooked rice Directions: Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned Add soup, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 min. or until done. Serve with rice. Serves 4. "The happiest people don't have the best of everything.
