They do have a pie that has either rice or wheat in them. It's sort of
like a ricotta dessert pie, but not as sweet. I think that's what it is.

Can anyone tell me what is meant by a grain pie? I used to go with a boy
in high school who is Italian, and he spoke highly of those grain pies;
cannot recall if he and family ate them around Easter, or Christmas.
