Hi sandy, i went out and, no knee bash. i wore all the clothes i could to protect it. I honestly went mad. the last time jack was on, the pain took half of the fun away. I'm not sure about the central time part of it. I kept saying to my friend jenny, look, i don't think i can go on with this, the pain's intense, she said, you've got to stay for jack, talk to me and it'll go away. i did, and it worked. in time, i forgot about it.
